Happy Thanksgiving

I have so much to be thankful for this year.  Wonderful family (who helped with all this food!), friends and a new job among many, many other things.  I'm also thankful for my readers who inspire me.

    Oh, they were delicious! I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie (blasphemy, I know!) so Mr. swatchcat made another special pumpkin pie, a custard-like one with a coconut-walnut topping. It was delicious!
